Refund policy
At House of Ayesha Yu Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority.
We want you to love every product you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we would gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged product.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
